4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are clearly stated on our Products page and are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise noted.

Payment must be made in full before any service is delivered.

We accept payment through approved methods, including Stripe. By purchasing a service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.


5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full details. In brief:

  • Most services are non-refundable once booked or delivered

  • Refunds may be granted under specific conditions, including technical issues or duplicate payments

  • Refund requests must be submitted to micheline@yourclaim.pro within 5 business days of service delivery or issue discovery

  • All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of YourClaim (MFC)

Clients are encouraged to contact us first before initiating any dispute or chargeback.


6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Clients may reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing micheline@yourclaim.pro. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer either a refund or reschedule.


7. Intellectual Property

All materials, communications, strategies, and documents delivered as part of our services are the intellectual property of YourClaim (MFC). They may not be copied, shared, resold, published, or reused without written permission.

This includes:

  • Consulting reports and summaries

  • Templates, frameworks, and business plans

  • Marketing materials or proprietary tools

  • Email and PDF deliverables

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


8. Confidentiality

YourClaim (MFC) treats all personal, business, and sensitive information you share as strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or distribute client information under any circumstances unless required by law.

All sessions, emails, and documents are protected by confidentiality policies.


9. Disclaimer of Liability

YourClaim (MFC) provides advice and strategic recommendations for business, legal documentation review, and marketing purposes. We do not offer:

  • Legal services or representation

  • Financial or investment advice

  • Guarantees of outcome or business performance

You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on our guidance. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from the use or misuse of our services.


10. Service Limitations

We do not offer services related to:

  • Regulatory filings or compliance

  • Accounting, financial planning, or tax filing

  • Any illegal, unethical, or high-risk services

We reserve the right to decline any service request that falls outside the scope of what we offer or violates our professional standards.
