Our services often involve the delivery of intellectual value, professional expertise, strategic planning, and time spent, which are not returnable once provided. When you book a session, order a review, or purchase a package, our team begins allocating time and preparing resources specifically for your case β even before the live session or deliverable is received.
This policy helps ensure fairness and availability for all clients, and allows us to continue delivering reliable and high-value services.
πΌ Types of Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under standard terms:
One-on-one consulting sessions (completed or scheduled)
Email-based or written consultations
Document and contract reviews
Fraud case guidance or compensation strategy sessions
Startup support packages
Digital deliverables (e.g., strategy documents, checklists, action plans)
Pre-paid hours or packages
Rush consultations or services delivered under urgency
Downloadable guides, templates, or materials
Once any portion of the service is delivered β even in the form of written communication, preparation work, or scheduling β the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.
β Exceptions: When a Refund May Be Granted
While our policy is strict, we also aim to be fair and respectful of unforeseen issues. Under the following circumstances, we may consider a partial or full refund:
1. Technical Failure on Our End
If a consultation was not delivered due to a technical error (e.g., server failure, broken video link, internal scheduling error), and we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund may be granted.
2. Duplicate Payment
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service, and no additional service has been delivered, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
3. Consultation Never Delivered
If you paid for a session and we failed to deliver it (e.g., we missed the appointment, no materials or communication were provided, and no reschedule occurred), you are entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling, whichever you prefer.
4. Service Purchased in Error
If a service was purchased by mistake and no communication or delivery has yet occurred, and you notify us within 24 hours, we may approve a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
5. Extenuating Circumstances (at our discretion)
In rare cases β such as medical emergencies, severe client hardship, or verified identity misuse β a partial refund may be granted. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require documentation.
π Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
We understand life happens. You may reschedule a booked session at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing micheline@yourclaim.pro.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session, and no refund will be issued.

By using this website and purchasing services from YourClaim.pro (MFC), you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of our terms and may result in permanent account restrictions, reporting to payment processors, and legal action where applicable.
